Just Voices Iowa presents free workshop about police reform

Just Voices Iowa will host a free workshop about police reform, “Broken Promises. Police Reform Since George Floyd”. The workshop will be hosted by Harvey Harrison, the Founder & Executive Director and Lori A. Young, Communications and Operations Director. The event will start at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 25 at the Franklin Avenue Library. The workshop will provide information about police reform in Iowa, speakers from other social justice organizations, along with musical and spoken word performances. The organization will be accepting a free-will offering for those looking to donate. The event is free to attend but space is limited. Visit this link to register for the event.
