Free carnival with games, resources & giveaways 11–4, on Aug. 16 at Evelyn Davis Park, hosted by Communities Outreach
The Communities Outreach organization will host another free carnival in collaboration with Mt. Hebron Church and the Jeremiah Project. The carnival will consist of rides, games, prizes, activities and access to resources. The event will be from 11am-4pm on Saturday, Aug. 16 at Evelyn Davis Park in Des Moines. Those who attend will receive free school supplies, clothing and essentials. The carnival intends to educate and empower attending families and the community.
