What is Zone of Comfort, The Life Balance Center?

Celebrating 24 years. The goal is to help you create mental, physical and emotional balance. Services include: massage, reflexology, quantum energy therapy, meditation/relaxation, coaching, infrared treatment, sound therapy, tapping and breathing, technique coaching.

What inspired you to start your business?

My mother suffered with congestive heart failure. I began studying natural wellness in hopes of finding natural ways to help her and others naturally heal. My goal is to continually research ancient natural modalities to improve everyone’s health. My service and products are for everyone from babies to geriatric.

What is the best piece of advice you’d give to aspiring business owners?

Never give up your passion, your gift, your mission.

How can the Black community better support you?

By allowing me to teach, inspire and help them create balance through the modalities I provide so we can be better together.
