Dawnelle Conley is the new Iowa SBA’s acting district director

The U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) named Dawnelle Conley the new acting district director of the SBA’s Iowa District Office. Conley has worked with the SBA since 1984, serving as an administrative assistant, minority enterprise development officer, the Small Business Development Center project officer, the district office technical representative for the Women’s Business Center and the lead business opportunity specialist for the district office. She also served as deputy district director of the Iowa District Office since 2015 before being appointed to her new role.

Conley’s role will consist of overseeing financial and business counseling, government contracting programs and more within the state of Iowa.
