Mount Hebron Church and the Jeremiah Project will hold a free carnival with giveaways from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday Aug. 12 at Evelyn K. Davis Park, in Des Moines.
The event features school supplies, stage performances, train rides, food, games and prizes, and more.
