First Annual Sherman Hill Juneteenth Event

Join us this Saturday, June 19th from 1-6pm to celebrate Juneteenth as SHA celebrates the liberation of Black Americans, and recognizes that Black History is Iowa History.

The Chalk Art Tour will go live on Saturday morning and will feature web pages for the Juneteenth featured artists. Visitors can find artists bios, Botanical Garden neighborhood fun facts, and invitation to join the in-person event at Ingersoll Square Lofts from 1pm-6pm!

The culminating event at 1900 High Street, Ingersoll Square Lofts will feature Black-owned food truck, Veggie Thumper, as well as live entertainment, and an opportunity to win a 60 minute tarot/energy work session with Goddess Caroll!
