Melayna Brown

Melayna Davis, 15, has joined Black Iowa News as a summer intern. Melayna is a 10th grader at J.W. Reed Christian Academy who has an “extreme love for words.” She is a part of the Y-ExCL (youths excel into careers and leadership) program at the Evelyn K. Davis Center for Working Families (EKD).
